If you have questions or concerns beyond that first week, we stand behind our products and will work to help you find a solution, whether that’s a store credit, or replacement, or defer to a later course or program. Private Coaching: We can’t refund you for private coaching nor for missed or late cancelled sessions. Cancellations of private coaching sessions within 24 hours will be forfeited. Term of coaching is based on your number of sessions within consecutive weeks or days per your 90-day or 6 month agreement or package within an agreement. We want you to make progress with frequent and consistent coaching

so we may work with you to find a solution to connect and get feedback before your next scheduled session. If you are granted a complimentary coaching session within a program or as a bonus that session removes Robin from availability with other clients and is treated as a full value session for our team. You may not reschedule or receive compensation for those sessions if you miss or late cancel. The EPP Virtual Membership is sold occasionally as monthly or open a limited number of times during the year as an annual subscription. Renewal is automatic either one month and on the same day from purchase or annually on the same day from purchase.
